To Our Communities
From most areas, our Mountain Communities are located off of I-5
North at the Frazier Park exit (also noted as Mt Pinos Recreation
Area exit). Each of the communities are located just off of the
two-lane country road which winds its way for seventeen miles
towards the big pines and the highest elevation community of Pine
Mountain.
To Our Office - Jennings Realty/GMAC
From the Los Angeles Area to reach our office, Jennings
Realty/GMAC in Pine Mountain, just stay on the I-5 exit road for 12
miles until you come to a small sign turn right to Pine Mountain
Club. You are now on a road called Mill Potrero Highway which is a
beautiful 5 mile drive that brings you directly to Pine Mountain
Village. All of the homes that you see scattered off to the sides of
Mill Potrero belong to Pine Mountain. At the 5 mile mark, turn left
on Freeman and then make a quick right into a parking lot, you will
see our office between a pub/restaurant and a gas station.
From the Central Coastal Region, take highway 166 out of
Santa Maria to a right turn onto Cerro Noreseste (Mt Able) Road.
From that point you are 21 miles from Pine Mountain. To get to our
office take a right turn at Freeman and then a quick right into the
parking lot.

From the Ventura/Santa Barbara Area, the quickest way to get
to us is to cut across on Highway 126 and to head North on I-5 to
the Frazier Park exit.
From the Bakersfield Area, just head South on I-5 to the
Frazier Park exit.
Come on into the office and ask for Karen and Monica! We are looking
forward to meeting you. We have local maps, hiking maps, and plenty
of area information. We will give you a tour or just help you to
find your own way around.
